Southern Ohio ESC Leadership Represents Region at National AESA Summer Conference
Southern Ohio Educational Service Center (ESC) was proudly represented at the 2025 Association of Educational Service Agencies (AESA) Summer Leadership Conference by Superintendent Curt Bradshaw and Assistant Superintendent Casey Enochs.

Held in July, this annual national conference convenes educational service agency leaders from across the country for a powerful experience focused on networking, innovation, and professional growth. The event featured a variety of thought-provoking sessions centered around educational innovation, system transformation, and strategic leadership.

“Opportunities like this allow us to bring fresh ideas and proven strategies back to our region,” said Superintendent Curt Bradshaw. “We’re committed to staying at the forefront of educational leadership to better serve our schools, students, and communities in Southern Ohio.”

Bradshaw and Enochs participated in collaborative conversations with peers and thought leaders from across the nation, gaining valuable insights that will strengthen the ESC’s impact across its 12-member districts in Adams, Clinton, Fayette, and Highland counties.

“We are always learning, always growing,” added Assistant Superintendent Casey Enochs. “Events like this reinforce the importance of connection, creativity, and shared leadership in our work.”
