Rob Enochs
Veteran Educator and Community Leader Mr. Rob Enochs Selected to Lead Countywide Workforce Efforts
Washington Court House, OH – The Southern Ohio Educational Service Center (SOESC), in partnership with
Miami Trace Local Schools, Washington Court House City Schools, the City of Washington Court House, and the
Fayette County Commissioners, is pleased to announce the selection of Mr. Rob Enochs as the new Fayette
County Workforce Development Coordinator.

In this countywide role, Mr. Enochs will work to strengthen the talent pipeline in Fayette County by connecting
students, schools, employers, and community partners to high-quality career exploration and workforce
development opportunities.

“Rob Enochs brings a rare combination of classroom experience, district leadership, and deep community
involvement,” said Curt Bradshaw, Superintendent of the SOESC. “His understanding of Fayette County, his
relationships with local organizations, and his commitment to students make him an ideal leader to advance this
important work. We are excited to welcome him into this role and to see the impact he will have on students,
educators, families, and employers across the county.”

Mr. Enochs comes to the position with more than three decades of experience in education and leadership in
Fayette County. Most recently, he served as the Assistant Superintendent at Miami Trace Local Schools from
2020-2025, where he was primarily responsible for human resources and compliance with state and federal
regulations. In that role, he also managed the district’s business sponsorship program, generating approximately
$100,000 annually, and served on the Board of Directors for United Way of Fayette County and the Governing
Board for the Community Action Commission of Fayette County.

Prior to his most recent position, Mr. Enochs served as High School Principal and Assistant Principal at Miami
Trace Local Schools, and as Athletic Director for Washington Court House City Schools. He began his career as
a science teacher and coach at Miami Trace Local Schools, where he taught a range of courses including
Chemistry, Advanced Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and General Science.

“Mr. Enochs has been a trusted leader in our district and community for many years,” said Mr. Ryan Davis,
Principal of Miami Trace High School. “He understands our students, our families, and our local workforce. His
leadership as Workforce Development Coordinator will help create real-world connections that prepare our
students for success in life, not just success in school.”

“Fayette County students are fortunate to have someone with Mr. Enochs’ experience and integrity in this role,”
added Mr. Brady Streitenberger, Principal of Washington High School. “He knows our community, he cares
deeply about our young people, and he has demonstrated the ability to bring people together around a shared
vision. We look forward to the opportunities this position will create for our students.”

The newly created Workforce Development Coordinator position in Fayette County will coordinate the Fayette
County Business Advisory Council, bringing together business, education, and community partners; collaborate
with local employers to identify workforce needs and align student learning with in-demand skills and careers;
work alongside school staff to facilitate career readiness programming; help expand work-based learning,
internships, job shadowing, and mentoring experiences for students; and pursue grants and partnerships to
sustain and grow workforce development initiatives in Fayette County.

“We are proud to continue our partnership in a position that aligns education with the needs of our local
economy,” said Dr. Kate Wells, Economic Development Director for Fayette County, on behalf of the Fayette
County Commissioners. “Rob’s experience and relationships will help us build a stronger, more prepared
workforce for the future of Fayette County.”

“Our city understands that preparing a skilled workforce is key to driving economic development,” added Chelsie
Baker, Director of Economic Development for the City of Washington Court House. “Rob’s leadership in this role
will help connect our youth and adult learners with opportunities right here at home, supporting both our
employers and our community’s long-term growth.”

“I am honored to serve Fayette County in this new role,” said Mr. Rob Enochs. “Throughout my career, I have
seen how powerful it is when schools, businesses, and community organizations work together on behalf of
students. I look forward to building partnerships that help students discover their strengths, explore career
pathways, and find opportunities to live, learn, and work right here in Fayette County.”
